Ps4 rock band 4 downloaded songs not showing up

Rock Band 4, PS4. No matter what I do, I can't get missing songs to appear in my library. I tried restoring licenses, manually downloading every song through the PS4, manually adding every song to my download queue on bltadwin.ru, refreshing the song library nothing I do makes them appear. Locate your Rock Band content in the list and choose 'Download to your PS4' for each item. The songs will download and then install to your console. They will be playable when a pop-up on your PS4 indicates the content is ‘Installed’. All done! Unfortunately, songs don't automatically download after you purchase them. After you actually install them, either restart the game, or go into the Options menu and select the menu option to cache your purchased songs.
